The meals here were outstanding, and the location was perfect for me, right in the heart of the city.

Food was nice and I have nothing but great memories from this trip. Everything was great, the wifi was good. Easy access to Mostar airport, which was about 5 minutes' drive away. Reasonably spacious and new-fashioned room, it included climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Liked particularly nice views and wake-up service, available when you need it.

We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket just around the corner, which made it easy to stock up on supplies.

We had no trouble with transportation, as the local bus stop was right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and we were impressed with the generous portions. Lastly, we can't praise the hotel staff enough. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to help us with anything we needed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Asmina who gave us a great parking spot in the garage. They all spoke excellent English and made us feel right at home. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Turkish breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. Azimeena, the reception lady, went above and beyond to assist us when our daughter fell ill, even accompanying us to the hospital after her shift. the server in the restaurant, Isden, was also very sweet and helpful when serving us local food. the hotel itself is clean, new, and comfortable, with a great location. the restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Free parking is available on-site, which is convenient for guests with cars. There are also supermarkets close by, away from the city center, providing added convenience.

We stayed at a newly renovated hotel with excellent air conditioning. The staff, particularly Asmina, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient, close to a mall and supermarket. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with coffee and tea facilities.
